E.M.J. Properties is a leader in home leasing with professionally managed, updated homes in desirable neighborhoods. Our available homes rent quickly so please do not hesitate and act fast. All of our available homes must be viewed before applying (unless otherwise discussed). Once you have viewed the home, we will send you an application via text or email. We will then process your application. All applications have to be approved and deposit has to be paid to reserve the home. Once your application has been approved and deposit has been paid in full, we will then remove all listings. We can hold a home up to 15 days from deposit being paid. All deposits are non-refundable to hold the home due the loss to other potential renters. Upon signing the lease and move in, the deposit will transfer over to your security deposit which is 100% refundable per lease rules and regs. A NOTE ABOUT FEES: Please note that there is a $25.00 application fee for EACH person applying for a home for rent. We need an appliction on EACH person that will be living in the home over the age of 18. These application fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application and/or additional deposit requirements
